Since 2016, the TrustRadius Top Rated Awards have been the B2B industry’s standard for unbiased recognition of excellent technology products. Based entirely on customer feedback, results have never been influenced by analyst opinion or status as a TrustRadius customer.

2020: A Well-Rounded Solution 

In 2020, ScienceLogic SL1 emerged as a trailblazer winning TrustRadius’s Top Rated, redefining the standards of IT infrastructure management. The platform earned praise as a comprehensive yet affordable IT monitoring and alert solution. This initial recognition demonstrated ScienceLogic’s commitment to customer-centricity and continuous evolution to deliver the ideal customer experience.

2021: Elevating User Experience 

Building on the success of the previous year, ScienceLogic continued to enhance the SL1 platform to meet evolving user needs, optimizing operations to personalize customer experiences. Addressing a landscape of increasingly-crowded enterprise IT environments with torrents of data, SL1 was recognized for its flexibility, ease-of-use, and ability to scale for a variety of organizations.

The recognition was not only a celebration of ScienceLogic’s capabilities across a wide range of technologies, but the team of professionals assembled to ensure those technologies are backed by unparalleled customer service.

2024: Sustaining Excellence 

As we celebrate five years of excellence, we’re honored to receive TrustRadius’s Top Rated award for our fifth consecutive year, once again earning recognition in the primary category of AIOps, as well as seven secondary categories: Network Monitoring, IT Operations Analytics, Event Monitoring, System Monitoring, IT Infrastructure Monitoring, Observability and Application Performance Management (APM).
