The past three months has seen Zebrium reach several major milestones! We moved from beta to production and our platform is now in use by industry leading customers who rely on Zebrium to keep their production applications running. We were named in the Forbes AI50 list as one of “America’s Most Promising Artificial Intelligence Companies”. We were written up in DZone as one of the “7 Best Log Management Tools for Kubernetes“. We added the capability to augment other logging and monitoring tools, and we recently released ZELK Stack – software incident and root cause detection for Elastic Stack (ELK Stack).
In addition, today, we’re most proud to announce that Gartner has recognized Zebrium as a 2020 Cool Vendor!
Zebrium has been recognized by Gartner as one of four vendors in the report, “Cool Vendors in Performance Analysis“, by Padraig Byrne, Federico De Silva, Pankaj Prasad, Venkat Rayapudi & Gregg Siegfried, October 5 2020.
Gartner follows a rigorous process for selecting cool vendors, and while we are not told by Gartner exactly which Zebrium attributes were used in each of these areas, we thought it would be useful to highlight what we (Zebrium) feel are most important:
- Innovative – We enable our customers to not only catch software incidents, but also to see root cause automatically. This is something that has never been available before and is considered the holy grail in monitoring and AIOps. Further, our technology can be used without any manual manual training or rules. Our technology can be used as a standalone logging and monitoring platform, or to augment existing tools like the Elastic Stack
- Impactful – Our technology drives down the Mean-Time-To-Resolve (MTTR) for software incidents from hours to minutes, saving our customers time and money (see case study). This frees up the most precious Development and DevOps resources from having to spend time performing laborious troubleshooting tasks.
- Intriguing – This is best illustrated by the reactions we get when customers first use our platform. Here are a few:
