Just this year, we’ve charted a new path forward for the next generation of AIOps: Autonomic IT. Backed by key industry research, we delivered impactful updates to the ScienceLogic AI Platform and released the first component of the Skylar AI suite to help our customers realize their journeys towards this autonomous business state. We also launched the Nexus online community to give our customers a forum to grow, collaborate, and learn together. Knowing that the roadmap we’ve been working towards for the past several years truly resonates with our customers inspires us to keep pushing forward with fresh ideas and customer-focused solutions. 

Previously, the “Best Of” Awards included winning statistics on the products’ best features, best relationships, and best value for price, considering aggregate sentiment across these key insight areas. This year, TrustRadius rolled these specifications into the “Buyer’s Choice” Award. To be eligible, 75% of reviewers must select the vendor for best capabilities, best value for price, and best customer relationship.
