SL1: Anomaly Detection & Automated Remediation
Detecting and resolving problems gets exponentially harder – and costlier to your business – as your architecture gets more complex. ScienceLogic SL1 applies machine learning and event-driven automation to initiate proactive problem detection, troubleshooting, and repair and minimize mean time to repair (MTTR).
When an anomaly is detected, SL1 automatically generates an event and opens an incident in ServiceNow. SL1 enriches the incident with configuration and performance data collected at the time of the event and executes automated remediation actions. Once performance returns to normal, the automation engine clears the event, updates the incident resolution notes, and closes the incident.
