Welcome to Nexus – Your Source for Collaboration, Discussion, and Inspiration
Nexus [ nek–suhs ]
noun, plural
Denotes a connected series or group, emphasizing the importance of relationships within a network.
What is Nexus?
So, we connected the dots and created Nexus – our first public, customer-facing, online community experience. Nexus is a central hub of information and connection that places customer experience and value center stage. A new, refreshed and elevated space that enables the entire ScienceLogic community to grow, collaborate, and learn together.
What’s in Nexus?
Nexus is a hybrid model community platform housing a veritable treasure trove of information and materials on ScienceLogic and its entire suite of offerings, tailored for customers, partners, prospects, and IT professionals including:
● Discussion Forums –The bread and butter of any online community. They’re the place to ask your pressing product and service questions, find support to resolve issues, and gain feedback, creative ideas and time saving tips from peers and experts.
● Resource Library – Find official FAQs, videos, demos, best practice deployment templates, pro tips, and more, developed specifically to support your ScienceLogic journey.
● Ideas Hub – Exclusive to existing customers, partners, and employees, the Ideas Hub is the location for ideation. Submit feature requests, vote on product enhancements, share feedback, and propose ideas on ScienceLogic’s product roadmap to ensure we’re delivering the best possible experience.
● User Groups – Find your flock! Nexus User Groups enable community members to connect and collaborate on a specific topic, location, or even native language. Get your questions answered by like-minded power users as well as newcomers.
And we’re making our content accessible to everyone. We want Nexus to be your fast track for getting ahead in your IT journey and career (think video game tutorials to beat a level faster). Most of the information on Nexus is available to the general public without a membership, so answers to your pressing ScienceLogic questions are just a quick search away, with seamless access to discussions and resources.
Joining the Nexus
We welcome you to join in on the conversation! Membership is easy and free with a corporate email address. Nexus community members not only have access to resources but can ask questions, share comments, participate in user groups, and engage with ScienceLogic experts.
But, ScienceLogic staff aren’t the only experts. It’s important to us that we empower and elevate skills and knowledge from users across the Nexus community, so we can all learn, grow, and solve problems together. Members can help expand our resource library and have their expertise recognized by completing missions to earn points and badges, encouraging engagement and collaboration throughout the community.
Missions can be as simple as setting up your profile or posting your first question but grow in complexity and boost your points and rank as you contribute. Stay tuned for more news on our Nexus Top Contributors program, where experts will be awarded with special badges and recognition for taking the time to support other members with their expertise.
