The 2024 ScienceLogic Innovators Awards celebrate those who dare to push boundaries of IT and redefine possibilities. This year’s winners have not only demonstrated exceptional creativity but have also set new standards in leveraging the ScienceLogic AI Platform to solve complex challenges and further the next generation of AIOps. The recipients of our Innovators Awards represent diverse backgrounds and industries but share a common commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology.  

Here are this year’s winners: 

LTIMindtree: J. Sivachandrakarthik (Siva), a Principal at LTIMindtree spearheaded a successful initiative to deploy the ScienceLogic AI Platform with the company’s CloudXperienz platform, in turn enhancing multi-tenancy and service delivery across more than 25 customers. By deploying this innovative solution, they were able to monitor 45,000 configuration items within 11 months, with all the key features enabled from Day 1, and have achieved a 60% to 70% reduction in actionable events. Operational efficiencies improved by 35%, and they reduced downtime by 20%. LTIMindtree also joined forces with with ScienceLogic post-deployment, showcasing the company’s trust in ScienceLogic’s future-forward capabilities.
 

Computacenter: Neil Edwards, a Technical Architect at Computacenter helped address challenges related to innovating customizations of ScienceLogic’s out-of-the-box Powerpack with Meraki Cloud managed devices. His efforts improved operational efficiency for ScienceLogic customers, in turn reducing incidents from 700 per month to about 100. By sharing these innovations with the ScienceLogic Nexus community, Computacenter has demonstrated its commitment to customer-centric solutions and empowered others to reap the same efficiencies with ScienceLogic in their IT environments.
 

GDIT: Gary Slebrch, Vice President of Technology at GDIT spearheaded the company’s Cove AIOps solution — an exciting success story for achieving improved observability with the ScienceLogic AI Platform. Slebrch leveraged the ScienceLogic platform to expand the solution’s monitoring capabilities to capture 360 degrees, in turn growing its utilization from 1,200 devices to 13,200 objects—a 1000% increase significantly enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities. Real-time data improves visibility into user activity and system performance, showcasing the possibilities of the ScienceLogic AI Platform.
 

Tata Consultancy Services: Led by Sankalp Singh, a Solution Architect for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), demonstrated the real-world value of automation. By introducing Monitoring as Code (MaC) within the ScienceLogic AI Platform, he transformed the way dynamic IT landscapes are managed. Specifically, by automating processes like server onboarding, decommissioning and Maintenance Mode scheduling in ScienceLogic, Sankalp saved approximately 310 hours of manual effort per month. This level of automation delivers significant efficiency gains, cost savings and empowers IT teams to focus on innovation.


 

Softility: Innovators Sushil Mulukala, Sr. Associate Consultant, and Chenchu Sowmya Dhulipalla, Software Engineer, and an entire team at Softility have turned to ScienceLogic for bespoke automations of vast Cisco network interfaces showcasing the power of automation in enhancing service continuity. Automation has saved over 200,000 hours in the past 6 months at a large public sector agency, allowing engineers to focus on more complex tasks. Leveraging continuous monitoring with ScienceLogic has also reduced latency and increased reliability, while improved ticketing processes have streamlined operations.


 

Axians UK: James Masters, a consultant with global managed services provider Axians UK, earned recognition for his innovative integration of Juniper Mist’s AI-driven wireless platform with ScienceLogic’s comprehensive monitoring capabilities. James led the development of a powerful Powerpack that provides comprehensive service offerings to monitor and manage Mist Wi-Fi solutions seamlessly. The integration has resulted in increased customer acquisition and service offerings, with supported sites growing from 250 to 1,000. For the cherry on top, renewal rates and responsiveness have both improved as well.
