At ScienceLogic, we are on a mission to revolutionize IT operations with our cutting-edge platform harnessing the power of automation and generative AI. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and talented Senior Analyst, Market Intelligence to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Market Strategy and Analyst Relations, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in competitive analysis and positioning, and has a talent for creating impactful marketing collateral and presentations.
What you’ll be doing…
- Perform Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and product offerings to contrast with ScienceLogic’s. Identify opportunities and risks and communicate these insights to the GTM and Product organizations.
- Create Competitive Intelligence Collateral and Deliver Sales Enablement: Equip the sales and marketing teams with competitive positioning training, objection handling, gap analysis and collateral to improve our product offering and increase the closing rates of competitive sales opportunities.
- Drive Competitive Marketing Campaigns: Lead and participate in the development and execution of comprehensive market positioning campaigns that provide actionable insights and enhance ScienceLogic’s competitive advantage.
- Coordinate Industry Analyst Evaluations: Respond to RFIs, coordinate briefings and summarize feedback sessions to bolster company visibility.
Qualities you possess…
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, business information technology, or a related field that mixes business, marketing, and communications with IT.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in competitive intelligence/research, competitive positioning writing, sales enablement at a tech B2B company or related role, working with GTM teams.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT Operations Management market (ITOM), i.e., AIOps, Observability, IT Monitoring and related markets is preferred.
