 What we’re looking for…

ScienceLogic is looking for a highly dynamic, digital advertising expert who can execute a broad range of B2B promotions and campaign initiatives across online paid media channels.

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding and passion for digital paid media strategies and experience in direct response marketing and programmatic advertising. Additionally, candidates should be highly innovative and bring strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions.

What you'll be doing...

  • Develop, implement, and analyze online advertising strategies and tactics across Google search and display, paid social (e.g., LinkedIn), video and more with proven track record of achieving CPA, CPC, and overall KPI targets.
  • Serve as primary liaison with digital ad partners and agencies to help direct and track paid advertising campaigns to deliver highly strategic and innovative advertising solutions.
  • Own digital advertising creative and copy development including writing ad copy, providing creative direction, overseeing stakeholder reviews, and coordinating all assets alongside internal and external teams.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts within the paid ads channel to identify new opportunities that increase efficiencies and performance.
  • Compile results and provide expert analysis on ad campaign and testing schedules to uncover learnings and insights. Regularly report to management on findings alongside suggested improvements and optimizations.
  • Understand and be able to succinctly communicate the value, breadth of opportunities, and implementation/execution requirements of digital advertising initiatives. Ability to innovate and identify new opportunities for testing and/or expansion within paid channels is critical.
  • Manage the paid advertising budget. Monitor daily/weekly ad spends to ensure efficient CPAs and CPCs and move budgets accordingly and as needed.

Qualities you possess...

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Media/Advertising or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 3-5 years managing B2B paid campaigns
  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills; you must be able to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to implement and adhere to and meet deadlines, and project-manage multiple campaigns
