What we’re looking for…

ScienceLogic is seeking a seasoned demand generation field marketer to join our growing marketing team as a critical player in EMEA. In this role you’ll create, execute, and manage integrated field marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth for the EMEA region. You’ll ensure successful research, planning, implementation, and execution of regionalized, multi-channel, marketing campaigns.

Ideal candidates will be left brain/right brain thinkers with great creative and written communication skills paired with a knack for diving into details to ensure campaigns are tracking to revenue outcomes. You are a self-starter with an energetic and willing attitude that is capable of working remotely from the Corporate Marketing Team.

What you'll be doing...

  • Complete end-to-end coordination and management of marketing programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting in partnership with sales to drive marketing qualified leads and pipeline volume and velocity
  • Write and produce email assets, ad copy, landing pages, and webinar content to support the execution of campaigns
  • Execute integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels -webinars, events, email, and digital marketing.
  • Facilitate the communication and coordination across all marketing teams (creative, web, social, digital, events, and product marketing etc.) to ensure quality, on-time campaign execution
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales team, and other stakeholders to enable, monitor, and close the loop to ensure campaigns’ effectiveness and visualize this success using Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Manage 3rd party media vendors and agencies (brand awareness, advertising, content syndication, webinars, events, etc.) in support of campaigns
  • Work with the Director of Events to support logistics and on-site execution of in-region events including corporate tradeshows and regional, field, and partner events

Qualities you possess...

  • 5+ years B2B field marketing and demand generation experience with a U.S. based company
  • Experience developing and executing GTM plans with a strong familiarity with webinar and event management, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience in building, launching, and reporting on successful demand generation campaigns
  • A proven track record of managing relationships between an in-region sales team and remote (North America) Marketing Team to execute corporate marketing initiatives and approved campaigns while managing ad hoc requests from the field
  • Experience using and marketing automation solutions (e.g. Marketo)
  • Enjoys learning new marketing tools and onboarding new vendors to creatively enhance campaigns and drive excellent buyer journeys
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously across time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with collaborative approach
  • Bachelor’s Degree
