What we’re looking for…


The Manager of Enterprise Systems, reporting to the Director of Applications and BI, is responsible for delivery of projects and enhancements in support of the various enterprise systems. This includes business analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and on-going maintenance of enterprise systems operations, as well as company- wide systems administration process. The Manager of Enterprise Systems will be involved in applications development and integrations, and assist with implementing reporting and analysis solutions. This position will be responsible for managing multiple assignments concurrently and independently with minimal supervision.



What you’ll be doing…


  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Assist the Director of Applications and Business Intelligence on the long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective technology solutions
  • Communicate with vendors and contractors to identify and recommend products and services
  • Work across business functions to improve existing tools and processes; identify and capture new business requests
  • Assist the project team in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new functionality
  • Develop and enforce outage policies and procedures
  • Manage, track, and analyze backlog trends
  • Direct and administrate a technical team of developers, engineers, and analysts, as well as conduct performance reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned and as needed, including readiness to support after hours and weekends


Qualities you possess…


  • BS in a technical field, such as IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge and experience in team management and supervision
  • Well versed with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Office 365 is required
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of Netsuite, Collibra, JIRA, Informatica, Snowflake, Mulesoft or other core enterprise systems
  • An ambitious self-starter, passionate about building something from the ground up
  • Strategic and tactical approach, and easily move between the big picture and on ground execution
