ScienceLogic SL1 Eclipses Demand with 100 Percent Oversubscription Pre-General Availability

New AIOps Platform Builds Momentum in Advance of July GA Date

Reston, Va. – June 19, 2018 – ScienceLogic, a leader in providing IT operations with actionable insights from IT operational data, today announced that the ScienceLogic SL1, its new, industry-defining AIOps platform, has just become the fastest adopted global product in the company’s history.

ScienceLogic SL1’s Early Results:
– 100% oversubscription to Early Preview Program (AIOps features) ahead of general availability
– Adopted by one-third of ScienceLogic’s existing customer base in the first 30 days of availability
– 30 percent of early adopters are already running SL1 through their production process.
– Global demand spans customer base across North American, European, and Asian-Pacific regions.

“As applications evolve and are refactored using microservice architectures, containers, server-less compute and abstracted infrastructure, conclusive diagnosis in incident handling and root-cause analysis is much more vexing as the application code and supporting ephemeral infrastructure become one,” said Dave Link, ScienceLogic founder and CEO. “Ops needs the ability to see and contextualize these issues at machine speed in order to keep up with increasing service delivery expectations. This early global demand for SL1 validates that applications and infrastructure relationships are critical when determining the real-time health and resource efficient growth of mission-critical business services.”

The early success of SL1 has exceeded every delivery goal and has attained a 100 percent oversubscription rate during the preview phase. Atea, a rapidly expanding SL1 customer, will leverage the platform to increase real-time customer visibility into its complex application, distributed infrastructure, and hybrid cloud solutions.

“We chose ScienceLogic as a partner to maintain our customer trust and respect through awareness,” said Doug James, Delivery Assurance Manager at Atea. “The fact that we can provide mission-critical information right away-whether to a company’s CEO or a network specialist-users can log in anytime to see that Atea is in control.”

SL1 leverages innovative technologies, PowerMap™ and PowerSync™, to grasp how mission-critical applications connect to the underlying infrastructure. Multi-dimensional topology maps, known as PowerMaps, enable real-time service health views that inform, analyze and act. This context is driven by PowerSync, which allows businesses to bring meaning across various data silos and generate insights that drive automated actions like never before.

SL1 will exit its preview phase and be fully available to all ScienceLogic’s customers on July 25th.
