SaskTel Selects ScienceLogic as Monitoring Platform to Support New Services for Enterprise Customers

ScienceLogic today announced that it has been selected by SaskTel, the leading Information and Communications Technology provider in Saskatchewan, to serve as the monitoring platform to support a new range of managed IT services for enterprise customers.

SaskTel’s new Managed Network Services offering provides comprehensive management of customer’s complex network infrastructure, exceeding traditional “break-fix” support models. SaskTel provides 24/7 network and server monitoring, alarming and issue resolution so customers can experience superior network performance and reduce operational expenses. The ability to share live operational views via intuitive, web-based dashboards, adds a significant differentiation over other managed service offerings.
